Under Chud that first year the offense was VERY progressive, then year two he started coaching for a HC job. 

Enter Shula who IMO basically ran what Rivera wanted

And now we have one of the best offensive minds in football over the last several years, and you think that's not a selling point...ok

Disagree.  And in this case...he goes to a team where he can be the #1 TE.  Tougher to showcase your talent as the backup.
