Bought All pro sub, can’t access, all messages ignored

I didn’t want to make a thread regarding my issue but a number of messages, emails and tickets have gone unanswered and I’m using this as a last resort. 

Bought the All-Pro sub last April and have not been able to access the forum once. I’m not asking for a refund, I don’t mind supporting the site. All I’m asking for is some assistance with the issue. Please let me know how to go about getting some assistance. I don’t feel like I’m out of bounds considering I made a purchase and I’ve made multiple attempts to get the issue addressed. Thanks.
