The purpose of this thread is to post little unknown facts that you just found out about, and that most people didn't know.

For example, I found this out today.

The government bans or censors satellite photos or NASA Space Shuttle photos of Area 51 in Nevada.

But did you know...

You can go to Google Earth and see satellite photos of Area 51? Not sure how updated they are because reports say some of the buildings have been expanded since the photos have been taken. But there is clearly a baseball field there as well. Guess aliens need to exercise somehow.

And I guess anyone can add pinpoints to the map because it also shows a campground, a Burger King, and a Holiday Inn Express. But the Baseball field is real.

I found this out today. I thought it was pretty cool.
