Saca posts anything on the internet. However, PFT did just say that he is interested in taking a pay cut for a better football culture. I do think this maybe legit, but Saca kills all hope honestly.

I think there's a legitimate shot he comes here now. Jesus this would solve the secondary issues completely. So of course it won't happen. I'd still trade up for Derwin even if we did get him.

It only appears so because Gettleman spent 5 years pinching pennies and cleaning up Hurneys mess from the last time. The same mess he is creating right now. He’s building a 1 year team. He knows he’s gone next year. Possibly sooner, so he really doesn’t give a fug what happens after this season. Backloading contracts, Hurneys way of life.

I think Hurney knows this could be it. The entire staff is effectively on a one year deal. If there ever was a year to go all in, this is the one. They just signed Breeland. If the Panthers somehow managed to sign Tyrann Mathieu, then our defense could possibly be scary good. It makes too much sense, therefore, it probably won't happen.
