Personal Curiosity - Would you give up two 1sts for Odell Beckham?

Maybe it's because after being to the superbowl, and knowing how hard it is to just get to the game, I'm willing to pull out all the stops.  Even if it means winning just one, and everything falling apart afterward.  With Odell, Funchess, Olsen, McCaffrey, and Cam, that would be enough fire power to vanquish defenses across the board.

he will be an unrestricted free agent after the upcoming season.  considering Landry didn't command even 1 first rounder, it would be unfathomable to give up two given he can walk away at the end of one season.

He's not going to walk.  The Giants could use the fifth year option with him, and can franchise him a couple of times after that.  Of course if we traded for him, we would have to use the franchise tag.

Here's the deal though, and why that works in the NBA and not the NFL.

1 injury, and it's over....and you have to pick up the pieces after.

You throw caution to the wind, push all the chips in, and Newton goes down in training camp.....then what?

But to answer the question....no, I wouldn't.
