I think they have to be going QB. Especially with the Bills lurking... no guarantee they'll even get their second option with the fourth pick if they go Barkley.

They have to spend money to make the CBA mandated salary floor (calculated over a four year period). They'll try to get the best they can with that money, but they have to spend it to not be in violation of the CBA.

Yeah, that's why I said they have a ton of money they have to spend.
