No I'm not blind. I'm also not assuming that he would have gotten more money else where.  That's your assumption.   It's you geniouses that think it's a good deal based on what others got.  My dumbass will wait to see if he earns the 5 mil he's making now.

It is not a far reaching assumption, based on the deal that was just talked about in this very thread. But you got your blinders on. It is OK.

There is a spot between homer and hater. I don't look at everything that Hurney does as the be all and end all of GM moves, but nor do I automatically determine them to be crap just because he made them. I have no idea how Smith is going to turn out. Any more than I know if Watkins is going to stay healthy, or if Robinson is going to be able to come back from his surgery. What I do know is that we needed a veteran receiver with some speed, and got one. And based on the current FA WR market, we got one at a good price. That is all I am saying.

We traded away a under-performing CB for a WR that has a CHANCE to contribute, unlike the CB who did not contribute in 2 years.

It was a good move by Hurney.
