Diddy Haters were you at?

Games going to be lit with Diddy in the skybox!

Right here. He's a moron and that hasn't changed.

His new show also brings cringe to a whole new level and that panel evaluates singers about as well as Diddy knows the team and who the QB on it is.

Diddy being a minority owner woukd make zero difference to anything. He wouldn't need to know what a football is. How many currently are aware of owners H.C. “Smoky” Bissell, or Jerry and Steve Wordsworth, and Derick Close or care how much they know about football

I don't really care what the owner's politics are as long as they hand the running of the team over to a football guy and keep their hands out of it.

Roster moves don't need to make any kind of statement other than "this is about winning".

Exactly,  When a potential owner (minority or not) says he is going to bring in a QB that is barely one step ahead of Johnny Manziel.   He's meddling in the operations of the team.

I pray that this never happens.   When owners get involved they normally F. it Up.

You all are so worried about who's in the group that you missed the most important info.  According to the article Saca provided, the bids were due on Monday, and Tepper bid 2.3 Billion.  And with that info known, Rubin is "is set on buying the Panthers."  Kind of leaves the impression that he will do whatever he can to outbid Tepper...who in all honestly is probably his biggest rival for the team.

Forbes has valued the Panthers at $2.3 billion and sources confirmed to Page Six that initial bids for the team were due on Monday. We revealed earlier this year that hedge fund billionaire David Tepper made a $2.3 billion play for the Carolina Panthers. Appaloosa Management founder Tepper is also a minority owner in the Pittsburgh Steelers. Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta, the owners of Station Casinos and Red Rock Resorts, were also considering a Panthers bid, we reported.

I kinda doubt they actually have that info.  The bids are sealed.  If one owner's bid were public knowledge it would be an innate advantage to others. Info we had previously on this also indicated there'd be more than one round.

They may be putting two and two together but I think it's more likely they're tooting their own horn here than any actual knowledge. "Page Six" isn't exactly the best source for NFL news anyway.

now that Sebates might join with Tepper's group, it's basically down to the 2 options and they couldn't be more different. The Tepper group is basically a continuation of JR, the Sabin group is a fresh new direction. up to your personal preference which of those you prefer.

Sabates hasn't joined anyone.  He's just talking about it.

If he does join anyone, it'll likely be Navarro since they already have a business relationship.
