I have no clue about Meek Mill and his situation, but the NFL has always gone out of it's way to try to avoid political stances in the past which is probably the smart move. Republican and Democrat, liberal and conservative dollars all spend the same.

i googled and can't find any political comments or donations by Rubin. Meek Mill's situation was about a judge ruining an up and coming, successful young man's life over some pettiness. Rubin says he lost faith in the justice system. he didn't say anything democrat or republican.

Tepper on the other hand is outspoken politically and was a huge JEB! supporter. Sabates is also an outspoken far-right guy who used his platform co-owning the Hornets to push his political agenda. Rubin is the least politically outspoken of the potential buyers.

Very good point. Do you think JR will sell to the highest bidder or his favorite candidate?

Hard to say.

For example, consider that the biggest money probably comes from Tepper, but Navarro is from the Carolinas and might be more likely to commit to keeping the team in Charlotte forever. And who knows how many other factors there are to consider?

It's impossible to know where Richardson's mind is at this point.

I'm going to take a wild guess " up his ass ".

Or focused on some young lady's ass would I guess be the obvious joke.

There are definitely things that could indicate Richardson has been slipping into Al Davis territory for a while now

One that is the highest bidder.
