The Browns are definitely on the upswing.  Even though it's just on paper for now.  

They get an above average QB and things are looking real nice for them.

We've all seen how quickly things can change in the NFL.

Every year they pick in the top of the draft. They always have top tier talent. They make trades every season.  They spend money every year. And yet they still can't manage a winning season. And that won't happen anytime soon. IDC if they land football Jesus, they will suck AGAIN...

They have a QB now, have to be taking Barkley at 1. That's a loaded offense. Damn!!!

 

 

Gave up the 65th pick for Taylor.

 

 

Also just traded for CB Damarious Randall from GB.

Wonder what picks they gave up in total for Landry and Tyrod.

Not sure if I like the Tyrod move , but who really knows what he might do in an offense with stacked talent and Todd Haley calling plays .. should be interesting.

Its curious that they got Tyrod and not a higher profile dude, but then again the list of FA QBs willing to go to the Browns is probably pretty small.

I'm guessing he's more like the veteran "Bridge" QB they will use until either Kizer or drafted QB develop into the future .

John Dorsey is about to make Cleveland a great team.  No wins to playoffs?  Possible.  They keep both firsts and get Landry?  Good move as they have plenty of cap.

Taylor is probably a stop gap but a decent one.

Thats what I would do as well.  Look at that division, the Steelers are in a tight window with Ben and all those expensive vets.  Now is the time for Cleveland to go all in.

If I am the Browns honestly:

Take Chubb #1 - best DE in the draft and IMO the most valuable player you can pick there

Take your top rated QB at #4.  I think that will be Baker Mayfield (right or wrong)

Maneuver yourself to get the best RB you can in a deep draft (Guice or Michel or Chubb)

Fill in with depth with the rest of the picks.
