Panthers trade Worley for Torrey Smith

I have to research Torrey Smith honestly, but If hes even an above average WR with some speed and hands this could be a great move

What exactly do the eagles see in Worely? 

Now we have a pressing need both at SS, FS, AND CB . Our secondary is bleeding out. 

Based on Riveras comments, T.Smith is our major FA WR move and hes looking forward to drafting one as well. Removes us from contention for Robinson or Watkins . 

If we sign another FA or 2 it will like be for DBs

• Last seasons stats (2017) : 36 receptions/ 430 receiving yards/ 2 receiving TDs
• Best statistical season  (2013 w/ Ravens) : 65 receptions /1128 receiving yards/ 4 receiving TDS (had 11 receiving TDs w/ ravens in 2014)

Smith is a field stretcher, isn't too expensive. 5 mill? Really? That's it. And Worley is fuging trash.

 

I'm completely okay with this. Heard Smith is a good Locker Room guy too. I'm content.

Worley got way too much hate on these boards. He was nowhere near as bad as made out to be here.

Torrey Smith hasn't been good in awhile - terrible trade because it eliminates us from the actual good WRs
