For that past two years, the majority of the Huddle has screamed that Worley sucks. All last year, the Huddle screamed that we badly missed Ginn and we needed a deep threat.

Fast forward a couple of months and we trade Worley for a deep threat WR and now a good chunk of the Huddle is in an uproar about it.

Sometimes I just have to chuckle.

I've been on the huddle... for 3 days?

Worley is young and still has upside.  Injuries were our issue last year at WR, not lack of personnel.

every interested team would have let the panthers eat that cap number and told norwell that they'd see him next year

True but I am a gambling man lol the risk is great but the reward of a #2 pick would offset that for me. I definitely see your point though.

Worley is slow as molasses and stiff in the hips. He's a sorry CB with very limited upside. I wanted to give him a shot at safety but I was pretty much done with him as a CB. I think this says that so were the Panthers.

meh I liked how they played last year. The turn around is coming. I think they make the playoffs NEXT year. Its still been damn near impossible to watch since 2013.

I thought the offense was OK, but I have zero confidence in our pitching staff being good enough to make the playoffs any time soon.  Horrible across the board.

NFL Network discussing Vikings and that they have contacted Brees representatives.  :Eyes_Emoji_42x42:

If you're a QB needy team trying to win now I think you'd be crazy not to contact Brees. I'd still be shocked if Brees isn't back in N.O. I just hope this give him and his representatives the leverage they need to suck every dime they can out of the Saints' cap space.

We won't. He sucks. Seymour is pretty much his equal and I hope Seymour isn't starting for us this year either.

The only thing that will frustrate me is if he's moved to safety and thrives there simply because I think he's best suited at safety anyway. He doesn't have the speed, quickness, or hips to hang at CB. But he's a really solid tackler for a DB and seems to want to play off in coverage anyway. That screams safety to me.

I think you're right that he could've benefited from a move to safety as his biggest strength was tackling and it would also hide his weaknesses.  I mean... it's not like we need a safety or anything.
