I would be shocked if the first receiver off of the board lasted to 24.  Think about last year, I think the first 3 receivers went off the board earlier then a lot of people thought.

All of a sudden, our WR group goes from being the weakest link to a strength. Also, gives the team even more leverage when it comes to negotiations with Funchess next year. It would be cool to resign him, but if we don’t, we’re not in dire need to get receivers here. 

Still need to sign a vet FA (I’m hoping it’s either Watkins or Wallace), and draft a young stud.

Absolutely...wr has been a weakness on this team for awhile. If we have enough talent that the competition for playing time is fierce that's a good thing. Fans of this team are used to us just getting by at the position

Absolutely, his injury is the only reason he'll drop to us, and we can afford to give him time to properly heal. Goedert, Hurst, Bates or Landry would all be good also.

Can't see him making it past the Ravens, Cowboys if Dez is released or Buffalo with one of those two picks. IF he does make it to 24, we sprint up to the stand. I'll trust what I've seen of Ridley in games, versus the combine and two months of stale reporting and click bait putting him down. 

I compare Ridley to a guy we currently are salivating over.... Sammy Watkins. If you compare their draft profiles, they are eerily close, minus Ridley's horrible broad jump. 

Ridley had horrible QB play and was in an offense that held him back.  If he is there at 24, he better be our pick!  Sign Donte Moncrief or Mike Wallace for cheap, and we will be set.

Honestly if mist teams had a talent like Cam they would have him a convo Sunkist four years ago after Steve left.  Anything close would appease most and her the needs, Wallace and A beast TE with what we have. Wallace and Donte M with what we gave draft the pen state TE we're pretty complete. Dj C and Wallace whewwww with Norv and Cam deep shots all day I remember Phillip throwing tons of deep passes that would put us on point for that type of attacking personnel imo.
