If Voth says it’s realistic, it’s likely something that will happen

I wouldn't go that far. It all depends on factors out of the team's control so while we are looking at top wideouts that doesn't mean we'll land one.

Yall realize Voth never actually agrees with much of this stuff and generally throws cold water at ideas like this.

Exactly.

He is pretty much the one guy you can count on to put an end to any rumor/fan hope/unrealistic options. Voth is saying it’s realistic means it’s pretty likely we are going after a legit wideout this go round.

Robinson with Funchess, Byrd and Samuel is some serious fire power.  That would give us a lot of freedom on draft day if we dont have to worry about WR anymore as well.

i'm glad someone understands that. those are three development players with a veteran. We don't need another damn developmental receiver.

I don't know. To me all it means is that we'll actually have the ability to bring in a top guy if we so chose.

Call it being cautious,  or simply a result of PPTSD (Panthers Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), but I don't see it...and that's when I'll believe it.
