It's definitely the attribute most likely to get a QB overdrafted. I was honestly surprised a couple of years ago that someone didn't take a chance on Hackenberg late in the 1st. I definitely haven't been surprised with the way his career has turned out.

On top of that, we fired gettleman last year. We should be done taking backups in the first round. The last thing we need is another player to ride the pine for 3 years a la Shaq and Butler. It makes less than 0 sense

Completely agree. I think he is a fine player, but we could go younger and draft a CB or wr that can be day one starters as well.

I haven't really looked that hard at the first round quarterbacks this year. I've seen some of the whispers, but I haven't really checked it out that closely.
