I wish we had more clarity on the M. Kalil contract situation. If the talk about the recent bonus move is true and we're pretty much tied to him through 2019 now, we might as well bite the bullet and move Moton to LG. I was hoping he'd be our LT of the future, but that was just hope. It wasn't based on anything we've actually seen from him. But Williams is a great RT and if we're tied to Kalil, we need to find a way to get our 2nd round pick last year on the field. Put him at LG.

if making the playoffs 80% of the time over 5 seasons makes you a laughing stock then sign me up.

e: hopefully we're on the cusp of returning to our glory years where we had three straight losing seasons as part of a streak of seven without winning a playoff game.  one can only hope.

This sucks but it is what it is. I agree you don't need to tie up too much money to the same position. I have faith we will find a solid replacement in the draft or FA. I am just worried because I feel like Norwell helped Kalil a TON

If Norwell really is a "done deal" to the Giants already, doesn't that violate all the league tampering rules and the Giants will be penalized? Or is that just a sham at this point?
