When I think Kurt Coleman’s ideal landing spot, I think being put into position to defend more passes because of the offense he’s playing with.

Yeah. That’ll work. 

They faced a  whopping 4 more passing attempts than the Panthers this year. They faced less passing attempts this past season than the Panthers in the two previous seasons.

Let me rephrase that. The Panthers have face more passes than the Saints in 2015 and 2016. In 2017 the Saints faced 4 more pass attempts than the Panthers.

Cincinnati insider reporting that Bengals also offered 3-year deal but Kurt chose Saints.

Meh. While Carolina's safety situation continues to be highly suspect, him joining the Saints doesn't concern me. Ginn and Klein were much more impactful signings.
