Brown wasn't a gamebreaker right out of the gate either. He spent some seasons behind other WRs on roster and improving his speed, strength most likely before he became the current AB

Their 10 yard burst and cone/short shuttle tells the most. How quick they burst off the line and move around picking up blocks

JK Scott is huge for a kicker. Think hes even taller than Butker 

fuging hell, imagine if we got butker THIS draft since Gano is actually a free agent this year and isnt going to come cheap if we want to keep him

Never went from just size.

Overall athletic ability.

Everyone knows he isnt going to be a speed freak, and to come small like he did doesnt help.  He can still prove everyone wrong now running.

Everyone knows Sutton is a slower guy had he come in real small too, there would have been some concerns as well.  You brought up ABs underwhelming 40 time which is apples to oranges.  So I brought up ABs film showed him as the deep threat speed guy in college vs Ridleys not.  AB underwhelmed running the 4.5 after seeing his film, Ridley runs a 4.5 it will be what everyone is expecting watching his film

Original comment was on measurements and size, but it was geared towards overall athletic ability.

I didnt have to say he was small and slow.

It was known he wasnt a burner, so coming in as a tweener knowingly that he isnt the best athlete was going to hurt him

 

AB ran the underwhelming 4.5 as you mentioned.  I dont have to throw the known (his size) in when mentioning the 40 didnt help him overall (size speed combo)

There are a few who mention that but a bunch that say other wise (except the body control part which everyone across the board agrees on)

There are some and bios that list Sutton as a Freak Julio type as well.  Yet he's slow and all the film shows him slow getting off breaks and struggling to get seperation like a KB post ACL surgery and weight gain.
