Are you being intentionally dense or does it just come naturally? I've stated why I think Norman was able to overcome his athletic shortcomings.

Jeez are you dense or just being an ass?  I get it, you hate Worley.  Take your perceived win and flaunt it to the world.

My point was that the Norman issue had already been discussed, yet you parroted it again... just like you parroted my last reply.

Stop. You're just embarrassing yourself at this point.

Would not be mad if we ended up with guice

I think we'd have to take him at #24 and I wouldn't be a fan of that.

I honestly don't want a RB before the 3rd and given the depth of this RB class I think there will be a guy there in the 3rd.

The stopwatch doesn't lie.

I'm not sure the coaches love Worley. He was benched awhile for Seymour.  Hurney has talked about the need for more speed at WR and in the secondary.

The average NFL CB runs between a 4.55 and a 4.65. Some faster, some slower but that's the average.

Only way I’m down with him in the first is if we address some major needs in fa, but I can get on board with just drafting one in the later rounds

IMO we need to see how cmc handles 15 carries and couple him with a bigger back like freeman. We can get a back in round 3 or 4

Based on what? Certainly not combine numbers.

https://www.pro-football-reference.com/play-index/nfl-combine-results.cgi?request=1&year_min=2007&year_max=2017&height_min=65&height_max=82&weight_min=149&weight_max=375&pos=CB&show=all&c1stat=forty_yd&c1comp=gt&order_by=year_id

Only 7 guys on this list who ran 4.65+ and only one of them got drafted and he got drafted in the 5th round and never actually appeared in a regular season NFL game. Only 3 guys on this list who ran 4.6+ were drafted in the 3rd round or higher. Worley being one of those three. One of the others was 6'3" 218 pounds and he only appeared in 5 NFL regular season games.

*This site has Norman listed at 4.61 though. I don't believe that's correct. 4.66 is the time listed on the NFL Combine site.

since everyone here is enamored by boring and overrated 40 times, Nyheim Hines recorded fastest for the RBs 4:38 this year

The times only matter when they're much faster or much slower than expected, that's when teams will go back and take a harder look at the game tape. And there definitely gets to be a point where times are red flags in terms of whether or not a guy has the raw physical ability to translate their game to the next level.

It's gonna be virtually impossible for this guy to live up to the hype at this point. Especially given the rookie seasons of guys like Kamara and Hunt last year and Ezekiel Elliott the year before. People are gonna be disappointed if the guy doesn't lead the league in rushing next year.
