Boston was never as bad as some Huddlers liked to think. Granted, he was much better with the Chargers last year than he ever was here; or at least much more consistent.

That said, I'd be very surprised to see us re-sign him, but with a different GM it's at least possible.

If we do, that says a LOT about what the relationship between Dave Gettleman and Ron Rivera was like toward the end as it would indicate that Rivera probably wasn't on board with cutting Boston last year.

Wonder how much, if any, our coaching changes the last couple of years could hurt us with guys like Tre, Norman, Mitchell, etc.  McDerm & Wilks, these guys DC and position coach now being gone?  Can't imagine it helps in any cases.
