I believe that at 12mil for 1 year.. You don't have to put rookies on the field to give up 3rd and 15 regularly and pretty much have every team look like the greatest show on turf when they played you.. If the Redskins allow Norman and his agent to seek a trade, could we possibly trade for him with the agreement of an immediate contract restructure? Just trying to figure out ways of limiting our free agent pick ups this year to ensure our comp picks next year.

Hell no. Restructuring contracts converting salary to bonus is a big part of how Hurney got us into cap hell in the first place. Sure, it creates cap space in the short term at the expense of long term flexibility.
