Which is why the Jacksonville is so eager to re-sign him, right?

They cannot afford to keep him. It is kind of like why we didn't resign AJ Klein. We'd love to have him but hat his street price  he would have been 4 on the depth chart.

Yep. Can't re-sign everyone. Just like how we're probably going to have to let Star and Norwell walk. We don't want to, we pretty much have to.

But honestly, if the Jags are smart, they cut Hurns and pretty much hand Lee his contract.

Theyve used him as a #3 #4 wr on their depth chart. He put up good numbers when he was thrusted into the #1 spot.

Not being able to afford him, having depth at the position and having other pressing needs (like a QB) are more important than trying and waiting to see him develop.

Martavis Bryant is capable of 1,000 yards. Pit doesn't seem eager to re-sign him... logic.

You know sure well that he isn't being re-signed for non-football reasons.

AJ Klein wasn't re-signed because he is our third or fourth based linebacker in a league where you are in nickel most of the time.

Allen Hurns and Robinson have only two 1000 yard seasons in between them. If Lee was capable of getting 1000 yards every year, he would be the one they would keep.
