Anyone else starting to wonder if Hurneyhaters may present a potential BoA security risk?

I don't want to be alarmist, and I don't think we're at that point yet, but what if this level of anger and obsession continues to build over the months before the season?

All it takes is one nutcase to think, "Oh, if I can get a pipe bomb past security, that'll finally show management that us TRUE FANS are serious and won't take any more of this!" or similar, and you could have serious injuries or casualties. The level of anger we're seeing right now is manageable for normal people, I guess, but not everyone is psychologically "all there". We really need to discourage this as much as possible.

It was the right decision for the present. If Hurney does well, he will stay. If he screws up he will be gone as he should be.  Nothing to get angry or upset about. It was the right business decision given where we are. Now the "sky is falling" folks can create another mountain of a mole hill.

I dont think he is staying...its just a little longer term interim gig...
