  1. 1. Is it possible?

    • No, he'll be off the board

    • Possible, but not necessarily our primary need right now

    • Possible, and a good pick because we need someone to push Cam (and maybe start in 2019 or late 2018)

Didn’t we have a GM that drafted a QB to be a WR? So.... sounds like something a certain Panthers GM would do!

Agreed, Its Marty Hurney so any fuggin thing is possible.

I am literally terrified what this dude will do come draft time.

I do not understand the WR talk at all. Why convert a Heisman QB to WR in a league where playing WR is getting harder and playing QB is getting easier? Madness, IMO.

Dont sweat it they wanted to convert Cam to RB

I visited many boards in 2010-2011

Yea no. It wouldn’t be a Rodgers-Favre situation, it’d be a Montana-Young situation.

There were major questions about Montana's health when the 49ers traded a 2nd and a 4th to acquire Young. Montana was trying to come back from ruptured discs in his back.

Huh, I didnt remember that. I was young, guess I didn’t pay attention to all the details, just remember when they traded for young and me thinking wtf (or some 8 year old equivalent) would they get young when they have the greatest??

Honestly, as a QB, I wouldn't even look at Jackson until the 5th round. If he's willing to entertain switching positions, I think he'd have greater draft value. He's not an NFL QB. Sub-60% college passers simply do not translate to the NFL. The only one I can think of is Michael Vick and Jackson is no Vick.
