Small market teams will always struggle in the NBA.  

That said - I think some of the moves Cho made, and most definitely the VAST majority of his draft picks, have been absolute trash.  See below for IMO the most egregious draft disaster:

Let us never forget how the NBA screwed this franchise (quite possibly for a generation) when they gave Anthony Davis to New Orleans.

As someone who worked for Chofor a few years I can say he is a dick. He expects everyone beneath him to bow down to him when he enters a room

The Brow is exactly what Kemba needed too.. would have been a completely different franchise if that didn't happen..

instead, we had to rely on Cho to give us MKG, Vonleh, Cody and Frank in the subsequent years..
