This. When I use those mock draft simulators, I always take a couple of OTs late (not that I know anything about them) because, at best, you can hope one develops into a tackle and at worst (hopefully) you get a serviceable guard.

I have no problem with taking the Giants two first rounds if they want him that bad but to let him walk like Norman hell no.

It ain’t even that. It’s just Hurney gets complained about entirely too much. It’s exhausting and many here (Scot) create thread after thread to push the Hurney hate agenda. It’s old. Gettleman was never that good and Hurney was never that bad. I’d prefer to move on from both, but right now Hurney makes the most sense.

No doubt---but they worked him out at both T spots this year--so if he has what it takes, they know it.  If they do not like him at LT, if he does not have the feet, then I would pencil him in as the LG.
