How exactly has Hurney been terrible so far in his second stint?

His track record shows it. So he'll be terrible until he proves otherwise. When good and/or respected GMs are let go they usually get jobs pretty quickly. No other NFL, ever looked Hurneys way after being fired.

When the going gets tough...

I've got better things to do with my life than watch reruns, especially reruns from some of the worst seasons of the show.

It'll be like watching season 9 of how I met your mother, suffering through each horrible episode, and holding out hope that the finale won't be utter garbage this time around.

Honestly, he hasn't been horrible truth be told. He hasn't really had to do much other than trim the roster down to the final 53. I've actually agreed with a few of the moves he's made.

Unfortunately he'll have full control moving forward, and that's where his heart gets in the way of his head, at least it did in the past.

I mean obviously he hasn't been good or bad in his second stint...

But that's like Jeff fisher getting a new job and people saying he hasn't been terrible, while true his track record suggests that 7-9 is coming.

You are what your history says you are until you prove otherwise. I have no problem with Hurney in the 1st round but obviously that's the easiest round that teams SHOULD get correct. Not saying they do but the probability goes up.

Believe it or not, there are some indications that he might actually be worse than we even know.
