Why? Cobb has seen his role dwindle away significantly since his breakout 1200+ yard season and Nelson's targets were nearly cut in half last year.

I don't think we got a good enough look at him last year to know what he is. I hope (and I'm sure he is) that Norv Turner is pouring over plenty of film trying to figure that out.

It really determines how you play FA. I mean Austin is better than clay for sure. But he's not a outside guy. Both the packers WRs are slot receivers as well. I mean really McCaffrey is a slot WR too. You could spend some on Watkins but with Norwell needing a bigger paycheck we will suffer on defense.

I think Cobb has been dealing with injuries

I have a weird feeling we might have some interest in Dez Bryant if cut. Just a feeling Norv might think he has a lot left in the tank.

Ill take Robert Quinn, he's a terrible for their 3-4 D.  Great 4-3 guy tgats had some injuries the last little bit

Definitely would bring in Quinn. He’s exactly what we need at DE. I see Broncos going hard after Cousins so they will probably keep Sanders and Thomas. But I’ll be very interested in bringing in Talib. Good CB with attitude. Give me DRC too. I’m very interested in seeing him at FS. He’s athletic and a ball hawk. Veldheer and Iupati for depth. Dez hasn’t lived up to his past billing but that should make him affordable. Wilkerson would be great but probably too expensive. He would bring versatility to our DL. Hurns is also worth a look.

All of this obviously depends on the money required to acquire any of these players. But what I’m basically saying is that there is a lot of players that can help us. No reason why we shouldn’t be better next season.
