Its an interesting "what would you do". Not wanting to be associated with under age drinking could be seen as a good thing. On the other hand if he didnt want these young ladies at his place, he should have called the police if they refused to leave. But if there were people at his party partaking in anything illegal.... that would potentially cause even more harm. At the end of the day, he should have listened to Cris Carter.

Can't really call the cops if they were drinking. He would have been providing alcohol to minors.

Shoved. Lol. Calling the police because you got shoved. Lol.

Because you were told to leave and then came up with some story to look like the victim. Maybe he did shove her, maybe she was trying to get back in and he was stopping trespassing.

Cant call the cops, cause that is to risky in itself. If it was an apartment he should have called building security and locked the door like someone said. Hell even just said through the door, I’m calling you an Uber. Leave.

But nothing in the story suggests to me foul play or intent to harm.

As an NFL player, and a man in 2018, the answer ALWAYS is to not lay a hand on a woman....no matter what.

Call cops, run away, leave her in your place, whatever, just get away.  It's not worth it.

Also "stopping someone from trespassing" by touching them in any way could be viewed as assault.

I believe it’s all a made up story in the first place.  Considering there was no charges. Drunk youngin’s being drunk. They were already outside.

Absolutely, never lay a hand on a woman. Any sane person knows that. The only exception to that rule in my mind is if they have intent to kill with a deadly weapon. Even in situations like that defusing is the first option always.

19 year old woman does not compute.

Likely drunk, emotional, and upset about being asked to leave. They probably caused a scene at which point they were kindly being escorted out, and managed to trip, believing that they were pushed. Too much experience with drunk, emotionally unstable 18-21 year old's from my college days. I think most people with that experience will see that the story is likely different than the one told by the upset drunk people.

Hunt's first mistake.....bar hopping with a group (too many chances for something to go wrong when your life is under a microscope). Second mistake....taking the rolling party back to his place. Third mistake.... physical contact.

That said....I don't think anything will come of this nor should it, but I do think the kid needs to be less careless. He was having fun, but at some point you've got to be aware that kind of fun can lead to some very bad things and it's ultimately not worth it.

Signed,

Old guy who took too long to learn these things
