The weed arrest is just as bad. It shows a lack of control. Instead of banning people they should offer counseling. People grow up in all kinds of situations and money doesn't solve those.

I think what ends up happening a lot of times is that the player will end up settling with the victim by paying them a lot of money. Which NFL players can do since they have a lot of money.

While its true that having a better lawyer helps, I am not so sure that Domestic Violence charges for poor people end up with significantly more legal consequences.  A significant percentage of domestic violence convictions never spend a day in jail, for a variety of reasons.

Guys can make mistakes and I’m all for allowing redemption.   But  habitual stupidity is gonna catch up with you.  I think this guy is on the edge
