What I've actually said repeatedly was that the Panthers were probably just using these guys to comply with the Rooney Rule so they could hire Hurney (a belief which actually the majority of folks on here share) but that this was a shame because all of the guys they brought in are actually better qualified than Hurney and would make infinitely better GMs.

That actually would have been pretty easy to pick up from earlier posts in this thread as well.  Unfortunately, that would require reading comprehension.

Sounds like these are false accusations so this sucks. Not saying Hurney is the best GM but people shouldn't lose jobs over false accusations.
