Next stage is acceptance, I'm not there yet.

We're not out of the woods yet, but the Panthers now have two coordinators that are highly regarded.  That alone is cause for optimism.

My optimism has turned to show me or GTFO .  23 years and counting.  I'm not sure I have 23 more in me.

Honestly? Let's revisit this after free agency and the draft. Those two things can make or break a season regardless of who owns the team or who's the GM. Look at all these new playoff teams that nailed free agency and the draft. We need to get younger, faster, and stronger. Standing still is a killer.
