Seriously, why not interview Trent Kirchner for the same reasons?

Joe Schoen as well. Currently Assistant GM in Buffalo but a former Panther scout and Director of Personnel in Miami.

Well,  if all these candidates are as knowledgeable,  talented and qualified as Scot says they are, and one of them is hired,  then it will be a very smart move because free agency and the draft season will soon be here.  And the prevailing thought is that we won't even have new owners for a few months.
