He is a top CB on just about every site I have seen.  I am guessing a mid second rounder at the latest--but it is so hard to guess before the combine.

I didn't know about his past. I have seen your posts and you have an amazing capacity to be a rather substantial plonker even in the most limited situations.    I am sure, if given the opportunity, neither the University  of North Carolina nor the Tar Heels athletic programs would have selected you as an ambassador or spokesperson.

True,  but what I think he is really saying is that you want to see your first round picks play more and have more of an immediate impact, and impact in general after a certain amount of time.

Would like to have Nyheim Hines out of NC State, but feel he's redundant with CMC here. 

 

Jaylen Samuels, however?  Feel like he could be a fun player for Norv to work in.  5'11" 225, can or has played at RB, FB, WR, and TE.  Feel like we could do some fun things with Cam, CMC, and JSam on the field at the same time.  Probably could have been had for a 3rd or 4th round pick, but he's rising up boards and may end up as a late 2nd rounder.

BJ Hill (defensive tackle, NCSU) is another local that could help.  His stock is on the rise after a great week at the senior bowl.  Also an absolute super character kid.

JaySam would be a big upgrade over CAP.

Justin Jones would be the guy that would be a good target if we don't resign Star. Hopefully it won't be a concern and we can keep him.

Gossett is a truck. Been watching him for the past 4 seasons. He's got experience with big boys from Clemson, Georgia, Tennessee, etc. I'd consider him.
