When looking at Diggs scouting report, its amazing to me someone like that would lasted till the 5th round.

To reach their potential and be a for sure weapon you can depend on??

Probably all of them.. 

I'm sorry 2014 draft class doesn't happen normally .. It normally takes WR 2 to 3 years to develop and learn how to play in the NFL.. 

We need a weapon who can start today..
