There were quarterbacks at our picks that were BPA,..

he had groups of needs and put the bpa in groups of those needs— pick comes up and one of those players in that bubble gets picked,.. not outside the bubble.

groups of bubbles— a player from a higher bubble drops,... is higher than the next bubble so that’s BPA,.. still a player of need.

we did need another DT,.. short may not have resigned, 

we needed Kelvin Benjamin— and Shaw Thompson and scores of others.
