Am going to do a post on this at some point but just based on some of my preliminary research my targets at wideout this draft are: Calvin Ridley, James Washington, Michael Gallup and DJ Clark. Ridley is obvious and if he's there should be the pick (though I ultimately expect him to go top 10-15). But the other 3 are all realistic targets for us. Clark as you mentioned earlier in this thread, anywhere from 2nd to 3rd round. Washington I want to see how his stock develops but he could be in play at 24, more likely 2nd round, but that guy is the deep threat outside receiver we need for Cam, but he's not just a one trick pony either. And Gallup is more of a 3rd-4th rounder (could rise to 2nd though...) but is very solid with good size, speed and reliability, downfield tracking and jump ball ability. All 4 of those guys are pure outside receiving threats, which is what we need with McC and Samuel/Byrd in the slot already.

Not a fan of Christian Kirk?

I think Miller is pretty much a cant miss prospect...

I think he'll be solid. I just don't see as high of upside as Chark.  It's not like he doesn't have somewhat of an injury history.  He is on the small side.  The NFL is trending towards bigger, more physical defensive backs, and from what I've seen,  it's not like Miller is going to run away from people like Kirk will,  so he'll likely always be in traffic and subject to taking hits.  A small guy who always seems to be in traffic makes me nervous. And we have Samuel who is faster (if not a little bigger). Byrd may be naturally smaller,  but he has extra jets to get into open space. But, like I said,  he does have good hands,  which is intriguing.

Chark.

Right?

Or is there a D.J. Clark?

Edit: Nevermind... answered in your subsequent posts.

I guess I'm just not enamored enough to take any of them day one at this point,  and I really haven't  studied the other position groups yet. I have seen Song Michel.  If we move in from Stew,  I might want Sony Michel at 24 more than a receiver (though I will concede that if Ridley falls to us that I'd be hard pressed to take Michel over him).  That being said,  I would consider some of these other receivers after day one. Kirk may change my mind. The rest,  we'll see.  I like Chark though.  With good workouts, who knows?
