Any chance we look LB in first round?

Nobody has talked about what's out there and with Davis retiring and uncertainty of which hit Luke takes or gives that knocks him out, do we look LB when no one else is talking about it?

I bet we do in round 3 or greater. We have Shaq and Mayo to fill in if need be. Far greater needs than LB right now.

I hope not unless he's an absolute can't miss stud. I'm not a fan of reaching bases on need, but we have enough glaring needs that we shouldn't have to reach to fill a need when we're on the clock.

Not a middle linebacker but maybe a TD replacement if we don’t have confidence in keeping Shaq long term, though I think we do.

Hurney was always a best player availability drafter.

remember we had Beason when Hurney drafted Kuechly,...

Luke is a concern. Sadly

only one MLB worth Rd one and would require a trade up. Don't see it

Hurney loves linebackers, so I feel like a backer in the draft is a given, that said, it won't be until day 2 at the earliest.

No one can fault Hurney for taking Luke with Beason on the roster, turned out to be a great choice

He did both twice in 11 or 12 years.. And one of those RB years he got a OT in the 1st round as well.. It's not a trend or something he feels he has to do.  Smh
