I believe Turner is gonna have full control of the offense. Rivera is inept on that side of the ball which is why he wanted a vet former HC to become OC. We need better coaching all over the offensive side of the ball.

I sure hope so.  I hope Norv insisted on it.  I also hope he has full say on which offensive players are signed and drafted.

Ron can pick the defense, although he did whine until he got Cap back so there's that.

Ask Chip Kelly how that works out.  Hell look no further than one Mike Shula.  He tried to copy about 5 different college teams offenses and still couldn't do anything, even when he plagiarized their offenses he still sucks ass.

Difference between College and Pros..  In college ,unless you are one of the top tier teams, you don't have top skilled players at each position.   College level is much easier to exploit those weaknesses.   In the Pros, whether you believe it or not, these are the cream of the crop of athletes.

All they have to do is add a few plays to their existing playbook. There's no need to change the system, you just add to it.

What we do with Cam isn't groundbreaking. It's just power, counter, read option. Use your RB as a lead blocker if you have one back there at all.

Why do professional coaches feel like they have to change an entire system in order to utilize a certain player better? If what you're doing generally works pretty well (as Seattle's did, more often than not), why change? Just add to your playbook.
