And if that actually happened you would be one of the first "fans" here opening some champagne.

Actually, for you and the other juveniles here, I have stated many times that I think Cam has some very good options outside of football and now that he has a family, I think he will move into some other areas where he can make just as much money.

But for you and the other doofus brains here, just stick with the champagne angle.  It fits you

I also don't think Luke will play beyond 31.  Yeah, yeah, I know, pop the cork

Sure, I'll pop the cork. Bend over.

Why the hell would anyone think Cam isn't going to play well into his 30s? Because he runs a lot? He's not Mike Vick or RGIII, dude is massive. Of the top 10 hits he's taken in his career, maybe only 1 occurred beyond the line of scrimmage. Getting tripped up by a defensive back 50 pounds lighter than you doesn't cause any wear and tear to your body. It's the same reason pass catching tight ends have long careers, they are typically being tackled by guys much smaller than they are. Hell, he just had the best rushing season of his 7 year career, at age 28. He was also a lot smarter about sliding and running out of bounds to avoid the big hits this year. The only way his career is shortened is if he suffers a significant knee or back injury, but that goes for just about every QB. Cam by all accounts takes great care of his body off the field, with his diet and commitment to physical therapy. He'll play as long as he wants to.

Your first and last sentence is all that is relevant.  The huffing and puffing in the middle mean nothing.

I simply stated, for the simple here, that I did not think he would play beyond 31 because he could make a lot of money outside of football and not risk concussions and such.  This plays into your last statement, "as long as HE wants to".  You answered your own question.

Why do you keep talking about him wanting to make more money? I mean yeah money is a factor to a degree for any athlete of course, but every damn post you make about him now you make it sound like profit is his sole purpose and goal above everything. Either you are unaware of how ignorant you sound, or you just don't care. I don't know, but it's very cringe to read.

For some reason drops by Panther receivers is a big gripe for many around here like it happens so much more than other teams yet this year they had the 5th fewest drops in the league.

Considering we were relegated to starting practice squad level WR's on the road in the playoffs, and one of them proceeded to let a game altering touchdown pass go right through his hands, yeah I'd have to say it's going to be a topic of discussion. Why wouldn't it be?

People work for money, what a surprise.

So if he has a family and many business opportunities outside of football where his brain is not as apt to get scrambled, I am just saying he might take the opportunity.  You know this, you are just being your normal miserable self
