He went 3 straight seasons at OSU on the field. One year doesn’t make something the norm.

Yeah, because cmc is not a ever down back he his good being moved around but as a traditional back he will not last long backs bigger then him don't last long in that role and he doesn't really break tackles

well thats now the norm for his NFL career. Throw college out the window man. His body couldnt hold up in the league in year 1 is what I'm saying.

The future is anyone's guess but you cant go back to use his college health as a litmus test now that hes tried to play in the league for a seasons.  And he had multiple injuries within the same sesaon is never a good sign. Same with Byrd. I'm not surprised because these dudes are tiny weight /build wise

That’s a bit much man... I’m not comparin their stats or performance But yet their archetype.  Funchess and theilen are larger receivers that run good routes, diggs and Samuel are shifty quick receivers.

 

you are looking way too far into this searchin for an argument that doesn’t exist.

The list of receivers that have excelled under Turner is impressive. 

This statement gives me hope that Turner knows how to find gems and players that fit his offense.  For whatever reason we seemed to be cursed when it comes to drafting WRs.   KB and Funchess aren't bad but they aren't great either.  Hurney sucks at it.  I won't throw too many names because some of you might have seizures but Colbert and Jarrett are a couple.

Note to Hurney:  Let Turner pick the receivers.

 

Hurney already has his eye on a USC wr or two
