It's ok just let the Patriots grab him for a 2nd. They can afford to throw away picks. Hell even Atlanta would probably trade a 2nd round pick for Gordon.

You do realize Gordon is a freak athlete and has the skills to be the best WR in the NFL?

If you want a guy like that, you must trade something of value. The Browns are not trading Gordon away for a 4th round pick.

If it's a Hurney second round pick I second this.  For once we just might get something out of it.  Ryan Kalil not with standing.  Hurney sucks at second round picks you know this.

Don’t need a #1 WR, bigger need is a 2nd TE like Troy Fumgali who is basically a #1 WR and OT.

Mike Gesicki (3 rd) better long term prospect

Mark Andrews will go before we can ever draft him.

1) Harrison, S

2) Watts, S (or Wynn, OL)

3) Ragnow, C

3) Gesicki, TE

5) BJ Hill, DT

Sign RB Crowell, WR Moncrief

Resign JP (SB farewell), Norwell

Cut JStew (if he took a paycut then do not cut and not sign Crowell)

Cut Fozzy

Cut Russell Sheppard

*edit* (forgot) CJ

Extend Funchess, Shaq, Daryl Williams

QB - Cam, Gilbert

RB - Crowell, CMC, CAP

FB - Armah

TE - Olsen, Gesicki, Manhertz

WR - Funchess, Moncrief, Samuel, Byrd, Bersin, (Clay as return specialist)

T - Kalil, Williams, Moton

G - Turner, Norwell, Larsen, Van Roten

C - Kalil, Ragnow

DE - JP, Horton, Addison, Hall, Obada, Cox Jr

DT - KK, Love, Butler, Hill

LB - Keuchly, TD, Shaq, Mayo, Jacobs

S - Coleman, Harrison, Watts, Adams, Jones

CB - Bradberry, Worley, Corn, Captain, Seymour, Gunter

LS - Jansen

K - OhNo

P - Palardy

Landry will want 14 mil.. I would offer 10 to 12mil for him.  Maybe 13.. For Landry only..

Depending on the player I say 10 to 12mil total..

Yeah I’m in agreement, if those guys sign for more I’d like to bring a guy in for a 2-3yr 8-10 a year range, incentive based contract.

It wasnt really directed at you, but a lot of people one second said pretty good things about KB because he was on the team, all of us obviously wanted him to flourish. Many of the same though were the first to flip and say good riddance when he was gone.  Hurney wasted that pick.  And no I wasnt under the impression that you personally liked Hurney.

I agree that Ted Ginn and Cotchery the reliable chains mover werea big reason we made it to the Superbowl-- Phili Brown was a big reason we kept up in that game when many others seemed like they were happy just to be there.

I do believe had Kelvin played in the Superbowl instead of Funchess at the time, we would have had an even better chance-- his MO was showing up when it mattered like the Florida State National Championship.

Ive tried to move past the "anguish" and will if Hurney connects on the 3rd round pick we got for him, whether be by trading for a starter or drafting a starter that contributes and makes me forget about it.

Initially I was annoyed about not getting a starter in return for KB. But considering everything, and what other players comparable have netted in trade value the last few years, a 3rd rounder for a guy at the end of his contract, and with lingering knee issues isn't bad by any means. Especially considering not long ago we gave up a 4th rounder for a punter only to cut him the next season. Which by the way was a 2018 pick. So we have two 3rd's and no 4th this year in the draft. You gotta give Hurney a little credit there.

What do you guys think about Allen Robinson?

Prob will cost too much.

Our cap situation is really not that good tbh hence me pushing Moncrief hard. Young, was a good TD asset for Luck, and with little history for yards he could be had for cheap. I know what his college draft scout report says. His hands have greatly approved. Close 67% catch rate which is pretty good for a supposedly inconsistent catcher. But people need to see our cap is not that great.

We have Hurney back. Extensions, reworks,.. It’s really if Ryan and Olsen extend and spread out their cap numbers. Then there’s people like fozzy, CJ and others that clear out another 5-7 quick.

I think Hurney will do some things like that and will have like 35 million.

I was talking about him as a WR. I don't know anything about his game, yet he is suppose to be a top WR on the market coming off an ACL injury.

Well you better cross Landry off your list. Dude is looking to break the bank.

http://dailydolphin.blog.palmbeachpost.com/2018/01/17/jarvis-landrys-agent-discount-for-miami-dolphins-absolutely-not/

He's going to get a contract like Green Bay's Devonte Adams which is 14+ mil a year. So yeah he is pretty much a pipe dream.
