Hopkins plays on the outside. He faces the #1 corner every week. If he was in the slot like Landry he would be even better.

Slot is the least of the wr worries of this team.  They need to replace KB, which by the way would have had the Panthers playing today had he not been traded.

A tall and fast outside receiver is about all that they can afford to put capital in.

But again you have to understand we have put money in those position already..

If that's the case why wouldn't more players sign with the Patriots?

Players want money, the winning is nice, but a young player in his prime will chase the money.

Winning over money is for the vets who truly want to compete for a Superbowl ring.

Look how we stole Julius Peppers for nothing. He chose winning over money.
