If it was an agreement in principle while he mulled over a few other offers he has on the table (which he may) I would consider it interesting.

The only other person I've seen mentioned as being interested in him is Wilks, and that's only if he gets a head coaching job (which is very much up in the air right now).

I don't know about the money part but it sure is interesting.  But I tend to be more interested in the inner workings of the team as a whole and the strategic aspect of the game than individual players.  I'm a nerd.

I'm a bit skeptical with only Steve Reed reporting it. I don't recall Steve Reed being the first to tweet out any sort of news and he is usually at least a few hours behind everyone else.

The Panthers have reached multi-year agreements for Norv Turner to be offensive coordinator and Scott Turner to be QBs coach, per sources. (@tiffblackmon had Norv agreeing a few minutes ago)

I bet the deals run the same length as Rivera's latest extension. Norv is Rivera's last OC, for better or worse, IMO.
