First Pick Mock

Odd that Ridley is falling in both the first pick and fanspeak sims .

This really is a down year for top shelf receiver talent . And same for receiver needy teams , there's not as many of them this season. I can only think Ravens and Bears are the 2 teams  above us that are very likely to snag one.

I don't think Ridley will fall, but I'd be happy if he did. I'd like to see us maybe go Ronnie Harrison in the 1st and Anthony Miller in the 2nd.

A fuging minus? You said we needed a WR, DE and a corner (it’s obvious you asshats haven’t watched our Safety’s)  sorry I didn’t draft your coveted fuging corner until I drafted 4 fuging studs at positions more important! Then in the 7th, didn’t want the TE, but if I draft the corner or WR that is an “A+” you’re gonna fug me in my final score! fug you First Pick... see ya tomorrow?

Make it happen Hurney!

whats the point of both chubb and freeman? Are we cutting all the RBs besides mccaffrey?

and lol that must be like a slap in the face to cmc. Get drafted at 8th overall as a running back, very next draft your team picks up two more running backs..

It’s a fuging game, I wouldn’t expect any of it to happen. But hey you’re the expert, where’s your score?

Would love this draft. Price isn't a sexy pick but makes too much sense with Kalil leaving soon and possibly Norwell leaving in free agency. Add getting OT Prince in the 7th with us having Moton gives us alot of flexibility on the oline for the next few seasons.

Chubb is still a good RB choice especially for a late 2nd rounder . Although with Kalil/Davis saying this is their last year , I'd not be suprised if stew stayed for his last year. I think the Panthers might cut Stewart and let him test free agency, and if he cant find a good deal he can resign with us for a year for a much more reasonable deal.

Drafting a couple WRs seems overboard, but I love these two guys. Pettis might end up being more of our PR/KR dude (whichever one Byrd doesnt do) but hes got extreme burners and has good length with /for a speed WR. Miller is probably the most polished WR in this class outside of Ridley, plays physical but is also fast and runs crisp routes .

We can really shore up alot of holes in the roster if we have a balanced draft.  I think we absolutely need to draft a Saftey and a young power RB.  TE, WR, Oline depth CB depth, is nice to have.

Your Picks:
Round 2 Pick 2 (NYG): Billy Price, C/OG, Ohio State (A-)
Round 2 Pick 23: Nick Chubb, RB, Georgia (B+)
Round 3 Pick 2 (NYG): Anthony Miller, WR, Memphis (A+)
Round 3 Pick 21: Dante Pettis, WR, Washington (A+)
Round 3 Pick 24: DeShon Elliott, SS, Texas (A+)
Round 5 Pick 24: Troy Fumagalli, TE, Wisconsin (A+)
Round 6 Pick 23: B.J. Hill, DT, North Carolina State (A+)
Round 7 Pick 16: Greg Stroman, CB, Virginia Tech (A+)
Round 7 Pick 24: Isaiah Prince, OT, Ohio State (A+)

My Mock Draft

1st: Christian Kirk.WR-Texas A & M

2nd: LJ Scott.RB-Michigan State

5th: Daniel Carlson.Kicker-Auburn

6th: Greg Senat.OT-Wagner

7th: Tyrone Crowder.Guard-Clemson

7th: Brendan Mahon.G/T-Penn State

hard to see is only getting one defense player , but its possible in this senario we just need a vet CB in free agency.

Your score is: 21628 (GRADE: A-)

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 24: Orlando Brown, OT, Oklahoma (A-)
Round 2 Pick 23: Ronnie Harrison, SS, Alabama (A+)
Round 3 Pick 21: Holton Hill, CB, Texas (A)
Round 3 Pick 24: Lowell Lotulelei, DT, Utah (A+)
Round 5 Pick 24: J.C. Jackson, CB, Maryland (A+)
Round 6 Pick 23: Quadree Henderson, WR, Pittsburgh (A+)
Round 7 Pick 16: John Kelly, RB, Tennessee (A+)
Round 7 Pick 24: Jeromy Irwin, OT, Colorado (A+)

maybe a little defense heavy, but addresses needs at OT and in the secondary, plus a familiar name to replace Star at DT for cheap.

Your score is: 20763 (GRADE: B+)

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 24: Billy Price, C/OG, Ohio State (B+)
Round 2 Pick 23: Equanimeous St. Brown, WR, Notre Dame (A+)
Round 3 Pick 21: DeShon Elliott, SS, Texas (A+)
Round 3 Pick 24: Hayden Hurst, TE, South Carolina (A+)
Round 5 Pick 24: Akrum Wadley, RB, Iowa (A+)
Round 6 Pick 23: Antonio Callaway, WR, Florida (A+)
Round 7 Pick 16: Darius Leonard, OLB, South Carolina State (A+)
Round 7 Pick 24: Daniel Carlson, K, Auburn (A+)

R Kalil replacement in the 1st (we all saw how much better the OL was with him instead of Larsen), Coleman replacement in the secondary, weapons for Cam-- Eq is one of the most polished route runners in college, a 2nd TE option who can block and replace Dickson, another gadget type RB (Fozzy replacement), and an extremely talented (but risky considering his off field issues)--WR in the 6th. Upgrade over Gano to save cap space in the 7th.
