I would love Gordon here. Hue Jackson was really excited to have him play, so he probably wont even be available. If he does become available, Hurney at least needs to talk to him and see where his head is at.

Everytime I hear Josh Gordon... I hear this...

"A scorpion asks a frog to carry him over a river. The frog is afraid of being stung, but the scorpion argues that if it did so, both would sink and the scorpion would drown. I thought it was a fox as a frog isn't going to drown all that fast and can hold their breath for like 7 hours I believe so that sting would wear off and the joke would be on the scorpion.

I take issue with a guy that throws away millions because he can't  control his urges.  Admittedly,  I've never been an addict,  but I  just couldn't imagine throwing hundreds of dollars away,  much less millions.  That being said,  I'd offer something,  just not the bank.

Do we really want a guy who I am not confident can make it half a season without failing a drug test? If we did trade for him, I would hope it would be a conditional draft pick - If Gordon makes it the entire season without being suspended, a 2nd/3rd is fine; if he gets suspended during the season, it becomes a 5th; if he gets suspended before the 1st regular season game, it becomes a 7th.

The browns have the highest picks, and have a lot of picks otherwise, and a lot of cap space.

they can basically do anything they want. I do not think they will trade Josh just for picks as they have a million anyway.

but for players that can contribute? Hue got the strangest pass of any coach ever. Maybe he ownership wanted a million picks and the highest so they can draft a first pick quarterback and a whole roster to go with him?

if we want josh, I say we’d have to trade them Worley and Funchess. 

Funchess cant hold The Flash’s jock strap but he’s available. 

Worley we can and have replaced with Gunter IMO. We can also draft a corner. Personally drafting a corner and safety sound good to me.

Flash and another free agent like Allen Robinson would be our best move. 

People will get mad because they like Funchess—- but I don’t. Plays too small and I still think it should have been him traded instead of Kelvin.
