You know nothing about investing, you buy low and sell high. The best time to buy Josh Gordon stock is now.

Have to agree with Ace on this one. I'd trade a 3rd for Gordon easily with a voidable contract if he scews up again. He put up #s in Cleveland with no QBs and the only threat...he could have unheard of production with Cam....

We are wasting our time discussing Josh Gordon.

He probably actually has turned the corner, but sadly, we won’t touch him with a 10 foot pole. That’s just who we are as a franchise.

So let’s discuss the realistic options, even though they’re significantly less talented than Josh Gordon, they are better than what we’ve got on our roster.

Marquise Lee

Donte Moncreif

Taylor Gabriel

John Brown

Paul Richardson

all appealing to me

In a heart beat.

Look at what we’ve done with our seconds the last couple years especially in the WR category...

Curtis Samuel and Devin Funchess... gee look out!

Enough of this “hes one mistake away from being banned”... these losers are 3 strikes away and still don’t do sh!t

Slow up on the losers talk with Funchess and Samuel.

I’m all in on Gordon. I would even give up our first if that’s what it would take. I’ve  been following him since he entered the league. He’s a changed man and coming into this locker room would only solidify that. Hes gonna wreck the league for years to come. Him and Cam would be a HOF duo. I would be ecstatic.

Also Gordons problem was weed....will be legal shorty anyway...don't care about that "problem".

Unfortunately the league does.  Like I said, if you can sign him without giving up anything but a voidable risk free contract the I'm with you.  Without that I'll pass.

The Browns aren't giving up on Josh Gordon. I mean, they might, their management is idiotic, but that team needs talent not picks.

Allen Robinson could be a real possibility, they might decide handing out big contracts to a WR makes no sense when Blake Bortles is your QB. Plus they made it to the divisional with Lee and Westbrook. The flip side of that is he may demand more money that we can afford.

I think Sammy Watkins is our best bet for a sure thing that we might be able to afford. He's had a somewhat disappointing career for such a high pick (Ginn-esque but not quite that bad) and hasn't really clicked in the Rams offense. He's an east coast/southern kid who would probably love coming to Charlotte and playing with Cam. He's got the size, speed and athleticism that our offense sorely needs. Rams aren't going to tag him but they'll probably offer him something, so it'll really be up him if he wants to leave LA.

I really wished people would stop comparing QB's to Brady and expecting Cam or anybody to do what he can do.  From snap to release of the football, there has never been a QB like Brady and maybe never will be.  His decision making ability in the pocket in under 2.5 seconds in unparalleled in the history of this game. You can literally line Brady up in the shotgun for 40 snaps to pass and he will hit the right read ninety percent of the time.  No other QB has ever been able to do what he does, especially in the short passing game.  Just forget about it.

Cam needs weapons to open up this offense and get the most out of his potential as a passer.

Was just about to say this.

Yall acting like the Browns are just going to up and trade Gordon for whatever we offer them.

They are probably looking to cash in on this HOF talent they’ve been so patient with. They don’t need the picks. They stockpile draft picks every year but to no avail.

They will hang on to Josh Gordon until the very end.

Rams are expected to tag Watkins. He likely won't be an option for next year.

Josh Gordon’s problem was way more than weed.

Cocaine, alcohol, codeine, etc.

Watch his little documentary.

WELP looks like I was wrong, guess i'll have to watch that. I was going off memory about where he failed the drug test to get back in and those were MJ...muh assumptions.

I've heard people saying he was "genuinely reformed" and "turned his life around" right before each failed drug test.

Amini, Short, Ealy, Funchess, Bradberry, Smauel. Our last 5 second round picks. Only Funchess and Short are worth a damn.
