I said it earlier.  I see little reason he would want to move here with all the uncertainty surrounding this team.  Rivera will settle for a no name OC and all the Norv bashers will be left  wishing Norv had come here after all.

Well Norv had, as Kurt Warner said, immobile quarterbacks and strict schemes, rigid in thought. Kind of like a Gruden in a way.

Imagine he’s there saying only if   Cam is made to be what he wants and his way or the highway.

I have visions that this will be a nightmare and everyone will wonder why Shula is gone,....

we need a Shanahan type of Guy, or a Bruce Arians or a  Chip Kelly. Chip once said in an interview at Oregon that there was no perfect scheme, that he’d run a power I if that’s what his personnel were.

you can’t have people that only get success if they get all the perfect pieces for their rigid system unless you want to trade Cam and everyone to get what Norv needs. 

That will take years. 

Bill walsh even created his “system” to fit his personnel back then, and adjusted it to fit Steve Young when he came in— walrus changed to match Brett Favre and Reid adjusted to McNabb.

change to fit your personnel is much better and efficient than changing out personnel.
