Cam don't need catering. He just need improvement on his footwork and touch, but what he mostly need is guys more wide open than what he's been dealing with for multiple seasons now. Can Norv scheme to get guys either open or in 1 on 1 matchups?

What the Panthers offense need is in-game adjustments. Not just an offense that come in with just one plan and stick with throughout an entire game. The Panthers also need better blocking scheme passing and running. Can CMC be that power RB? If not, damn will using our 8th pick on him hurt if we just go draft another RB this draft?. Free agent signings is going to be important Hurney.

If Shula is as bad as most of the people here say, then anyone technically would be better than Shula. 

Name another offensive coordinator with a resume half as good as his that's available right now?  there isn't one.  we are literally landing the best available OC and of course the huddle will bitch and moan about it.

Norv Turner has actually been one of my Top Picks for OC for a while for us, you can go back and find post from me from a few years back talking about how I wanted to sign him when he was available. When he's just focus on being a OC he's always been great. 

I'm down right giddy about us landing him and I totally do not understand why anyone on here wouldnt be.

This right here. CMC wont be a power back. Stewart needs to take a backseat and we need to address the running game. Stewart is getting old and he needs a diminished role. CMC is a good change of pace but not a every down back. He is better catching out the backfield and slot receiver along with KR/PR. If CAP hasnt shown us nothing and fozzy we need to move on from them and draft a true RB1. Address WR need in FA. Find someone who is proven to know how to get separation. 3rd address SS. Adam and Coleman are old. Good still but old. We need a young SS back there that can be a ball hawk. Address that in the 2nd Rd. Hopefully Peppers comes and does one more year and get rid of Johnson. Let go of Star although I like him but we need to sign Norwell. Butler showed promise this year. Gunter I think needs to take Worley spot. 3rd rd get depth on RE.

Using that same logic, only the people with "resumes" which are based off longevity would get hired.  The Mcvay's, Shanahans, etc would never get jobs because the same ole retreads would beat them out every time because they have success within the last 20 years. 

Once again, not saying Norv is or isn't the answer.  Just saying why not bring in others and ask what they would do, what they would run, how they see the offense moving forward in the future.  Still feel like Norv is the best choice?  Then hire him.   

To me it looks like Ron had 1 person in mind the entire time.  So meh that's his prerogative as HC.   I would have liked to see at least the pretense of others being interviewed if just for the sake of comparison.
