Next OC will make or break Ron Rivera

Ron Rivera is fired next off season. Especially if they try to turn Cam into a pocket passer yet AGAIN.  Then it’s going to really get ugly around here when the trading and cuts start happening.

Arians runs an E-P, so it wouldn't be a huge change.

He's never worked with Rivera though, and given their respective personalities, I'm not so sure.
